Welcome to YuHyr. By accessing or using our website at yuhyr.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. About YuHyr

YuHyr is a ride-hailing platform currently in pre-launch phase. The Site serves as a pre-launch marketing and registration portal. By registering on the Site, you are expressing interest in using YuHyr’s services when they become available. Registration does not guarantee access to any specific service, pricing, commission rate, or feature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and register for early access. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Pre-Launch Registration

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by YuHyr, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The YuHyr name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of YuHyr. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or similar solicitation.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YuHyr, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the State of Georgia or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
